Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake




This is so yummy and so quick to put together. It also makes a pretty presentation. -Kristin

1 graham cracker crust
2 (8oz) packages softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 t. cinnamon
dash of cloves
dash of nutmeg


  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer.
  • Add eggs and blend.
  • Stir in pumpkin and spices into 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour remaining cream cheese batter into crust.
  • Then top with the pumpkin mixture.
  • Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes, until the center is almost set.
  • Cool and refrigerate.
