No-Bake Cookies

These are my husband's favorite cookies...wait a minute, he says that for almost all the cookies I make. I guess he can't decide, neither can I! We love cookies and love how quick you can make these. When you need a cookie or chocolate fix quick you can start in finish these in like 10 minutes. I know you are going to time yourselves now that I wrote that! -Kristin

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
3 T. cocoa
1 t. salt
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

• Bring to boil the sugar, milk, butter, cocoa and salt. Boil for 2 minutes.
• Stir in the rest of ingredients quickly.
• Place on cookie sheet to cool.
• Clean the pan with a spoon...my favorite part!
