Praline Pumpkin Mousse

This is awesome with or without the topping! -Sarah

1 cup milk
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
2 cups Cool Whip

2 T. butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup packed brown sugar

  • Pour milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Whisk till smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Mix butter, pecans, and sugar.
  • Sprinkle each serving with some topping and a dollop of Cool Whip.
