This is a pretty classic recipe. It's simple ingredients, but so good. -Sarah
-Cook beef, onion, and green pepper, drain and add:
2, 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes
2 cups water
1 1/4 cups rice, uncooked
3/4 cup ketchup
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
-Cover and simmer 40-50 minutes, till rice is tender, checking to see if it needs a little more water added.
