This is a pretty classic quiche recipe. Turns out yummy every time. You can find my pie crust recipe on this blog. -Sarah

1 unbaked pie crust
1 cup meat (ham, bacon, sausage)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 eggs
3 T. milk
1/2 t. salt
minced onion

  • Place meat in pie crust, top with cheese.
  • Mix eggs and remaining ingredients and pour over meat and cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
