1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 t. vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries
- Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
- Stir together the dry ingredients. Stir into the creamed mixture. Batter should be lumpy.
- Gently stir in blueberries, spoon into greased muffin tins. (makes 10-12 muffins)
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 18 minutes.
