My family loves this dish, the noodle layer is creamy and cheesy! For simple ingredients this dish has a special flavor. This is great to bring to a potluck it's economical and yummy! -Sarah
1 pound ground beef
28 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 cup pizza sauce
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms

12 oz. egg noodles
24 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper
- Brown beef, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, and mushrooms.
- Cook noodles, drain. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, 1/2 mozzarella and noodles. Add salt and pepper.
- In a 9x13 pan layer: 1/3 sauce mixture, 1/2 noodle mixture, repeat ending with sauce mixture.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake until heated through, about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake until cheese is browned.
