I know that this sounds like a strange combination, but you just have to give these a try! This is probably my favorite muffin recipe! Now I want one! -Sarah
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/8 t. cloves
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup pumpkin
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup blueberries
Streusel Topping:
1/8th cup sugar
1 T. flour
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 T. butter, softened
-Mix with fork until crumbly

-Mix with fork until crumbly
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Stir together until just moistened. Fold in blueberries.
- Spoon into 9 greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with streusel mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
