This isn't exactly health food, but it's awesome! One of those easy recipes that tastes great too! Kristin and I have been making this for years. It's from a Taste of Home Quick Cooking magazine. -Sarah
1 pound ground chuck
1 can (15 1/2 oz) sloppy joe sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk

- Cook beef and drain. Add sauce and spoon into greased 7x11 pan.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Combine remaining ingredients just till blended and pour over cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
*You can sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds before baking if you want, it will look like a "bun" when it comes out of the oven.
