Double Decker Finger Jello


This stuff is good, and it looks so cool! -Kristin

3 envelopes Knox (unflavored) gelatin
3 small packages Jello
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 c. heavy cream
  • Combine Knox and jello.
  • Add boiling water and stir to dissolve.
  • Stir in cream and then pour into 9x9 glass baking dish.
  • Refrigerate till set. It looks cool when it is set, the cream forms a lighter layer on the top and then the color of the jello on the bottom.
