Sweedish Meatballs



These are awesome! I remember when I was younger my Mom would make a big crock pot of these around the Holiday's, to bring somewhere and the house would smell so great! These are a classic that are still so good! -Sarah

Meatballs:
1 pound ground chuck
1 egg
1 T. milk
1 t. salt
2 T. flour

Sauce:
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup grape jelly

  • Combine all meatball ingredients and form into balls. Brown in skillet, or bake in oven on jelly roll pan, till cooked through.
  • Combine sauce ingredients.
  • Simmer meatballs in sauce for 30 minutes.
*If you want to have enough meatballs you should at least double this recipe. If you triple the meatball recipe then a double batch of sauce is enough.
