Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake


I do not remember where I got this recipe from, but I have been making it for a long time and we love it! -Kristin

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1/3 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. canola oil
1 egg
1 c. frozen blueberries

  • Preheat oven to 400 and grease 8 inch round pan.
  • Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Combine we ingredients in separate bowl and then stir into dry ingredients. The mixture will be lumpy.
  • Fold in berries and spoon into pan.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until it pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  • Cool at least 5 minutes.
