1 pound braunsweiger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. basil
3 T. minced onion
2 T. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 t. mayonnaise
dash of Red Hot
- Mix braunsweiger ingredients together and form into a ball shape on a plate.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and frost ball with it.
- Serve with crackers.
