Braunsweiger Ball

Ok, so it's become very apparent to me that most of my recipes come from my Mom. This is another one. I grew up with this one, and everyone who likes braunsweiger loves this! Fortunately for me everyone in my family loves this too! -Sarah

1 pound braunsweiger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. basil
3 T. minced onion
2 T. mayonnaise

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 t. mayonnaise
dash of Red Hot

• Mix braunsweiger ingredients together and form into a ball shape on a plate.
• Combine the remaining ingredients and frost ball with it.
• Serve with crackers.
