Roasted Cauliflower

My brother, who loves to cook, recently made this for our whole family on a trip home. My husband and I finished it off in the kitchen after dinner...it's that good. -Sarah

Cut cauliflower into florets and slice each floret into about 1/2 inch slices.
Toss cauliflower with a generous amount of olive oil to coat. Stir in crushed fresh garlic and salt and pepper.
Place in a single layer on a jelly roll pan.
Roast in 400 degree oven till top of cauliflower is a golden roasted brown, do not flip or stir cauliflower.
*This is also fantastic made the same way using broccoli in place of cauliflower!
