This Asian style asparagus is a tasty way to serve a Spring vegetable, great with almost any meat or rice dish. -Sarah
1 T. soy sauce
1 t. honey
1 T. olive oil
1 t. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
10 oz. asparagus, washed and trimmed
salt
1 t. toasted sesame seeds
-In a small bowl combine soy sauce and honey.
-In a skillet, over high heat, heat oil till very hot, but not smoking. Cook garlic and asparagus, stirring till crisp-tender.
-Toss asparagus with soy mixture, salt and sesame seeds.
