This is a recipe that Kristin gave me before she got a chance to try it herself, we LOVED it and I made it many more times before Kristin actually made it herself and loved it. -Sarah
1 T. olive oil 1 T curry powder 1 T sugar 1 1/2 t. kosher salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 garlic clove, minced 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Mix all and rub on chicken. Marinade a few hours and grill.
