Dad's Portabella Mushrooms



Grandpa made these delicious mushrooms for us while dinner was on the grill. We were hooked and have made them for many people since. -Sarah

portabella mushrooms
melted butter
minced garlic
feta cheese

Add fresh minced garlic to the melted butter, and drizzle over the undersides of mushrooms. Place on grill and carefully spoon crumbled feta cheese on mushrooms. Grill until mushrooms soften and cheese begins to melt.
We cut these into squares and serve them as appetizers or a tasty side dish.
