Broccoli Pasta Salad

I got the idea for this recipe from Pampered Chef and we love it! It's another version of the classic broccoli salad, we like this one. -Sarah

2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 t. vinegar
3 cups broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup raisins
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup sunflower seeds

  • Cook pasta, drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Combine mayo, vinegar and sugar and mix well.
  • Combine all and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.(I usually add more broccoli, and watch the onion if it's a strong one)
