1 c. brown sugar
1 t. almond extract
2 T. instant coffee granules
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
2 1/4-1/2 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar.
- Add in the extract, coffee granules, baking powder and the salt.
- Add in the flour gradually until a stiff dough forms.
- Press dough into a 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
