1 pound ground chuck
16 oz. bow tie pasta
26 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 c. mozzarella
1/2 c. sour cream

- Fry the ground beef. Drain and rinse.
- Cook the noodles according to directions.
- Mix all together and heat a bit more.
- Enjoy!!!
- Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
