1 1/4 cups milk about 80 degrees
2 T. butter
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
2 1/4 t. yeast

- Layer in order according to manufacturers directions.
- Makes a 1 1/2# loaf.
