Baking Mix

A couple of my favorite recipes call for Bisquick, but I don't always have it in the house. That's when I rely on this recipe. I use it in place of Bisquick in any recipe.-Sarah

8 cups flour
1 1/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup baking powder
1 T. salt
2 cups shortening

  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Cut in shortening until well mixed.
