1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 pound Velveeta processed cheese, cubed
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (opt.)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chillies, undrained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/2-1 envelope taco seasoning, according to taste
- Mix all in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Serve with the oyster crackers and sour cream.
