Low Sugar Banana Bread


This is a recipe of my Mom's, it's a healthier version of her original banana bread and it's so yummy, my kids gobble it up without thinking it's any different! -Sarah

1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine dry with wet and mix just until combined. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
