1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
1 T. vinegar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
- Sift together flour, soda, salt.
- Beat into the flour mixture the remaining ingredients.
- In a seperate bowl mix together the cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full with the batter and then top with a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full with the batter and then top with 1 T. of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
