This is a great way to make a brownie mix very impressive! Again, how can you go wrong with chocolate and marshmallows? -Sarah
1 package brownie mix (9x13 size)
1 cup chopped pecans, if desired
3 cups mini marshmallows
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (Bakers chocolate)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
16 oz. powdered sugar
1/2 t. vanilla

- Prepare brownies according to package. Stir in pecans if desired. Spread batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over. Allow to cool on counter while making the frosting.
- In a saucepan combine unsweetened chocolate, milk and butter. Cook over low heat until well combined, stirring to prevent burning.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Spread frosting over brownies.
