1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced green onions
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 T. sesame oil
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
2 #'s salmon

- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Cover fillets in marinade and refrigerate about 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Grill or broil.
