My Mom often served these unique meatballs to guests. She always made a delicious dinner when we had company, and her cooking gave her the reputation of being the excellent cook that she is. These meatballs never fail to impress. -Sarah
1# ground beef
1/2 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 T. dried minced onion
1 t. garlic salt
1/8 t. pepper
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 cubes
3 T. flour
2 T. oil
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce

1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
- Mix beef with seasonings. Shape into 12 balls, with cube of cheese in the center of each meatball.
- Coat with flour, brown on all sides in oil, drain off grease and add spaghetti sauce to pan. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or on a sub bun!
