1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T. sugar
1 T. ketchup
1/2 t. ground ginger
1 t. garlic powder
1# chicken breasts, cut in strips
2 T. oil
16 oz. frozen stir-fry vegetables
8 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Heat skillet and cook the chicken in oil, add the vegetables and continue cooking until crisp-tender.
- Add the pineapple and sauce, heat through and serve over rice.
