2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup blueberries
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
- I found it helpful to cook these at a lower temperature. The sour cream makes the batter very thick.
- These would be awesome with our blueberry sauce!
