Green Bean Dinner Casserole



                                                                    


This is an old family favorite. I brought it to Kristin when she had her first baby...memories! -Sarah

1 can green beans (larger size), drained
1# ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
prepared mashed potatoes

  • Place green beans in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Cook ground beef with onion and drain. Add tomato soup and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with mashed potatoes.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
