2 cups flour
6 T. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
4 T. melted butter
2 cup grated zucchini
1 cup milk
- Mix together all the wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients.
- Add them all together.
- Cook on griddle.
