1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2-1 t. coconut extract (opt.)
1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. sweetened coconut
3/4 c. chopped almonds
- Cream the butter with the sugars.
- Add the eggs and extracts.
- In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Then add to creamed mixtures.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the pan for a few minutes before removing.
