2 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2/3 c. sucanat or rapadura
1/4 c. cocoa
4 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
3 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
- In a saucepan combine all the ingredients besides the butter and vanilla.
- Whisk until thickened on medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
- Refrigerate.
