1 Pizza dough recipe, on blog
1 T. olive oil
3/4 c. pizza sauce
Grated Parmesan
1 1/2 c. loosely packed baby spinach leaves
Garlic powder
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. part-skim ricotta cheese
1 large tomato, or 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 Pizza dough recipe, on blog
1 T. olive oil
3/4 c. pizza sauce

1 1/2 c. loosely packed baby spinach leaves
Garlic powder
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. part-skim ricotta cheese

- Preheat oven 500.
- Spread pizza dough onto greased 12 inch pizza pan.
- Brush olive oil over the dough.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Top with spinach and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Sprinkle on cheese.
- Place the ricotta cheese in 1 teaspoonfuls evenly around the pizza.
- Bake in oven for 12 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and place tomatoes evenly around.
