Roasted Vegetables



This is a great way to use up some of that produce that has seen fresher days! Almost anything goes great in this, it's such a simple recipe, but has so much great flavor. -Sarah

Italian salad dressing
mushrooms
carrots
bell peppers
onion
zucchini

  • Toss vegetables in salad dressing. Spread onto greased jelly rolled pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 450 degrees 30-40 minutes. Tossing vegetables a few times during cooking. Check seasonings before serving.
