This is another recipe of my Mom's. I remember this was one of the first meals I made all on my own when I was learning to cook. Again, it's basic ingredients that are oh, so yummy! -Sarah
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 T. flour
3/4 t. oregano
3/4 t. basil
1 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
10 flour tortillas
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 T. flour
3/4 t. oregano
3/4 t. basil
1 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
10 flour tortillas
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Brown beef and drain. Add seasonings, cottage cheese, flour and 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of mixture down the center of flour tortilla's, and roll up.
- Place in a greased 9x13 pan, seam side down. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and melt.
Oh how I love the tortilla roll ups. Josh loves them too and if he didn't I think there would be marital problems. This recipe is close to my heart and my tummy.
