Both mine and Kristin's families have always been big fans of pudding, homemade just can't be beat! It's so awesome you won't ever buy the boxes again! Don't even talk to me about those pudding cups either! -Sarah
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
2 1/4 cup milk
2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
- Combine cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Add milk slowly. Cook over medium heat till it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
